Yes. These are cleaned on each visit at no extra cost every time I clean the windows
How does water fed pole work
Tap water contains a lot of impurities such as chlorine and limescale which is what leaves marks on your windows. The water I use is filtered and deionised which removes all the impurities. This means that when your windows are cleaned there is nothing left to cause any marks or smears.
Do you work if its raining
Yes I will continue working in the rain. Rain water is very soft and doesn't, contain many impurities. Your windows will still dry clean and clear when it eventually stops raining.
How often do you clean the windows
I offer a six weekly window cleaning service
How do I pay you
Not every one can be at home when I visit so a calling card will be left so you know I have been and then I will send a payment link via txt giving you various options to pay. Payment can also be made with cash or card on the day.
How do I know when you will visit
A reminder txt will be sent the evening before my visit.
What if I'm not happy
If for any reason you are not 100% happy with the work, please get in touch straight away and I will come back and find the cause of the problem. If it is my fault I will re-clean your windows
